Many of these old homesteads are disappearing from NC as progress moves in.

I drive by this private presearved little cabin every day. The owner who is probably

50 said his parents built this as their first home back in the 40's

More Spring Flowers

These are the Bartlet Pear trees. They are the first to bloom and the smell in the air is like sweet baby skin. It's wonderful !!

How did this end up backwards anyway ? I thought I entered so that daffidle would bloom in front of your screen.
